Happy Christmas Allan, Sarah and all. We are glad to see you have used soft lighting in the picture and reserved to dayglow yellow vest for the van. Oh how I miss those lonely wet days on the side of the road.
Alan has been working for the AA as a patrolman since 1995 after qualifying as a skilled mechanic some years earlier. He had very little enthusiasm for anything "sporting" unless it was fitted with an engine, but has taken to standing on the sidelines (Sundays) supporting his eldest lads football team. This led to occasional brief ramblings on the clubs own forum board & has moved on to more in depth reports being published in the local papers.
Wrecks to Riches USA The new job has given me far too much free time to watch daytime telly.... I have so far managed to avoid the slippery slope of Jeremy Kyle but have fallen into the trap of "Discovery Turbo/Men & Motors" and the likes. Barry White (no, not that one) owns & runs a restoration workshop & sets his team the challenge of rebuilding classic American muscle cars to a strict deadline. The beauty of the finished projects also come with a twist... 50's/60's muscle with new millenium technology in creature comforts, handling & power. Hot Chip Another relatively new addition to the iPod. This Grammy-nominated London-based 5-piece band are making great in-roads to the music world with their take on electropop. I'm waiting eagerly for "One Life Stand" to be available for download when their 4th album (of the same name) hits the marketplace in February.
